Projects — the wins and the misses

Four projects chosen on purpose: the ones still running, and the ones that stopped. You learn as much from the second kind.

Alaya — from Share A Dream to the Benevity acquisition

A platform connecting companies and non-profits: volunteering, giving and employee engagement. The startup merged, grew, then got acquired.

Community App — the municipal app that never found its audience

Replacing the paper municipal bulletin with a local mobile app. Shipped, used by a few municipalities… then discontinued.

Partager.io — a Swiss Substack, built solo

A platform to launch and monetise newsletters, on the Substack model. I designed and built the MVP alone, end to end.

Climact — a low-footprint site for the climate, now closed

The website of the Climact centre (EPFL/UNIL): light, fast, designed to consume as little as possible. The centre closed, and the site with it.
