A platform to launch and monetise newsletters, on the Substack model. I designed and built the MVP alone, end to end.
The story
Partager.io lets authors publish a newsletter and monetise it with paying subscribers — the Substack model, designed for Switzerland. I came up with the concept and built the complete MVP on my own: publishing, paid subscriptions, email delivery.
The MVP was genuinely used, then taken over in-house by the team.

What I take from itThere is no shame in copying a model that works: it lets you put the effort into execution. An MVP is there to learn fast, not to be perfect.
