The story

Veltica is a Swiss fiduciary, based in Lausanne and Geneva: accounting, tax and administration for individuals, companies and foundations. Its tools were scattered: an old website, contacts in SharePoint, an overflowing info@ inbox, and tax returns sent back and forth by email.

I built one platform that connects it all. Every visitor becomes a record in the CRM, every email is sorted, every tax return has a status and an owner. All of it runs on my own framework — the same one behind this site.

What I built

The five pillars

A website the team edits alone

A website the team edits alone

FR/EN, visual page builder, several themes, images and SEO copy assisted by AI.

A CRM that follows every person

A CRM that follows every person

Visitor → lead → prospect → client. Existing SharePoint contacts imported with their history, duplicates merged.

Built-in marketing

Newsletters, segments drawn from the CRM, sending statistics.

Tax returns online

A 5-step form, pre-filled for known clients, with document upload — and a dashboard for the team.

AI email triage

Every email to info@ is classified (topic, urgency, language), linked to its client record, with a draft reply ready in Outlook. AI proposes, a human decides.

The honest review

What workedEverything lives in one tool: the team no longer copies data from one program to another, and a request received on Sunday is sorted on Monday morning.
What got stuckFinding time between the client and my own projects, and knowing what to prioritise: with five pillars, everything looks urgent.
What I take from itConnecting tools pays off more than adding new ones. The missing link is often what costs you clients.
